NOTHING says roadtrip like three drag queens in a pink bus named “Priscilla.”
The men, Tick/Mitzi (Will Swenson), Bernadette (Tony Sheldon) and Adam/Felicia (Nick Adams), are crossing from Sydney through the Australian landscape headed for a gig at a casino in Alice Springs, clear at the other end of the country. The destination for one of them in “Priscilla Queen of the Desert” will also involve meeting the son he has never seen.The excursion is both comic and heart-wrenching.
