THE spotlight light on women's fashion has pivoted to a city that is quietly and efficiently becoming a major player on the fashion scene.
Berlin Fashion Week concludes tomorrow (1 July), the last of four days featuring trade fairs, exhibitions, a high-fashion ordering platform known as Show & Order and a green fashion showcase.
